Profile / Philosophy
I was born and raised in Higashi-Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, where my family runs a small and medium-sized enterprise. Influenced by this background and guided by my belief that everyone I have the opportunity to work with should achieve happiness, I have developed a strong commitment to supporting SMEs.
Since my admission to the bar, I have worked under Attorney Akashi, handling a wide range of legal advisory services for small and medium-sized enterprises. My clients span various industries, including real estate, construction, trading companies, manufacturing, medical clinics, and IT businesses.
In the course of providing legal advisory services, I have handled diverse matters such as drafting contracts and legal documents, designing online transaction frameworks, resolving disputes with employees and business partners, addressing consumer complaints, dealing with administrative authorities, advising on business succession, managing internal conflicts among directors, addressing personal issues of company executives, and handling cases involving traffic accidents and criminal matters concerning employees.
In addressing these legal issues, I place great importance on accurately understanding each company’s circumstances and providing advice from a long-term perspective, focusing on what will ultimately benefit the business.
Many SMEs tend to perceive lawyers as inaccessible, and I often hear that business owners or administrative staff handle legal matters on their own. Even companies with retained counsel sometimes delay consulting a lawyer until just before litigation becomes unavoidable. However, such approaches can lead to the escalation of problems or result in missed legal risks and poor decision-making.
Therefore, I believe that the most important aspect of legal advisory services is to create an environment where clients feel comfortable seeking advice and to maintain close communication with business owners and their staff. By being approachable and engaging with clients from the early stages of an issue, I aim to prevent problems from escalating and to provide timely and effective solutions.
Through these legal advisory services, I strive to help SMEs prevent and resolve legal issues and, ultimately, contribute to the development of a better society.
